The conditions under which we accept and carry out a repair.
Diagnostics are free and carry no obligation. The price shown in the quote tool is indicative: the final price is fixed after diagnosis and always before we work on the device. If opening it reveals additional damage that wasn't visible, we contact you and wait for your approval before continuing.
The times we quote are estimates based on parts availability. If we're going to miss one, we tell you. Repairs that require ordering a part may extend until the supplier delivers it.
We strongly recommend backing up before you hand the device over. Standard repairs don't touch storage, but with liquid damage or board failure we cannot guarantee data integrity.
Payment is taken when you collect the repaired device. Devices not collected within 90 days of the completion notice may be treated as abandoned under applicable law, following written notice.
Our liability is limited to the value of the repair you contracted. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss not caused by our work, or damage arising from use of the device after collection.
