When you book an appointment or open a repair we store your name, email address, phone number, your device model and the fault you describe. If you create an account we also store an encrypted version of your password. We do not store card details: payments are taken in store.
To manage your appointment, keep you updated on the repair, tell you when the device is ready, and answer your questions. We also use it in aggregate to understand which faults are most common and stock parts accordingly.
Nobody, for commercial purposes. We share data only with the providers we need to run the service (site hosting and notification delivery), and only what is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
We keep repair history for as long as the warranty runs, and for the statutory invoice retention period. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data by writing to info@avphonerepairllc.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language — those run automatically and cannot be turned off. If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Until you accept, Google's tags run in a restricted mode: they set no cookies and store no identifiers on your device, and choosing "Essential only" keeps it that way. Learn how Google collects and processes this data at policies.google.com/privacy, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
